By using iceFetch ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

iceFetch is a free, best-effort diagnostic utility that queries the public signaling endpoint of Minecraft Bedrock servers you specify and reports status and connection information. It is provided for legitimate server administration, testing, and educational purposes.

2. Acceptable use

• Query only servers you own or have permission to test, and comply with all applicable laws and the target server's terms.
• Do not use the service to attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system, or to circumvent access controls.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape at scale, or bypass the rate limits and safeguards of this service.
• Automated or excessive use may be throttled or blocked.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

5. Advertising

The service is supported by third-party advertising. Your use of ads is also governed by our Privacy Policy and the advertising providers' own terms.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
